Biography
João Brinco is a PhD student in Environment and Sustainability, working on the development of novel analytical methodologies for assisting and monitoring electrokinetic remediation of contaminated soils. He has an MSc in Bioorganic Chemistry and a BSc in Applied Chemistry.
Previously he has worked with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry applied to different environmental and food-related matrices. His master thesis focused on the development of an analytical method for the quantification of pesticides in post-consumer packaging.
