Biography
Associate Professor at FCT NOVA, teaching courses on environmental management, environmental and ecological economics, and participatory modelling. Develops research at CENSE, focusing on participatory modelling approaches for stakeholder engagement in environmental and sustainability decisions, supporting problem scoping and policy analysis processes. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from NOVA University Lisbon. He integrated the Board of the European Society for Ecological Economics and the Policy Council of the International System Dynamics Society.
