Biography
Vanessa G. Correia holds a PhD in Sustainable Chemistry from the NOVA School of Science and Technology at NOVA University Lisbon (NOVA FCT). She is an Assistant Researcher at CENSE.
Her goal is to investigate the impacts of soil contamination on soil health, in order to achieve zero pollution and promote the achievement of Green Deal objectives for a sustainable future.
Vanessa has experience in the production of functional materials and polymers using environmentally friendly technologies for biological decontamination applications, and she is focused on developing innovative solutions to support soil or water restoration and reduce pollution.
