António Galvão has a MSc in Environmental Engineering from FCT NOVA, and has been working there as a researcher since 2007. His research focus on life cycle analysis and comparison of products and services, environmental performance assessment, energy efficiency, ecodesign and sustainable systems. He has also been working on the development of environmental indicators, within the EcoBlok project, a method to assess environmental performance of products and services within a life cycle perspective. He is an outdoor enthusiast and has participated in the development of a management plan for nature tourism and outdoor activities at Arrábida Natural Park. Besides his research activities, he also provides valuable help and support to the MSc students.
